Langley Coaching ("we," "us," "our") operates the website langleycoach.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep this straightforward because you deserve to know exactly what happens with your data.
What We Collect
When you use our site, we may collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:
Contact form (langleycoach.com): Your name, email address, and the content of your message.
The Vibe Check (langleycoach.com/vibe-check): Your first name, email address, and your Vibe Check responses and results.
Career Assessment (sent privately to candidates by invitation): Your name, email address, and your assessment responses.
Discovery Call booking: When you book a call through Cal.com, your name, email, and any information you provide in the scheduling form are collected by Cal.com and shared with us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, deliver your Vibe Check or assessment results, follow up about coaching services, and improve our content and offerings. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond the coaching relationship and related communications.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with other companies for their marketing purposes, apart from the ad measurement described under Cookies below. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you reach out to us or complete one of our assessments, we may follow up about coaching services, but you can ask us to stop at any time.
NightShiftOS (retired)
The NightShiftOS assessment at nightshift.langleycoach.com was retired on September 29, 2026 and no longer collects anything. If you submitted it before then and want your record deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete NightShiftOS data" and we'll remove it from HubSpot and MailerLite within 7 days.
Third-Party Services
Our site and business tools involve the following third-party services that may process your information on our behalf:
Cloudflare: Hosts our website, manages DNS, and processes form submissions. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

MailerLite: Manages our email list, the Vibe Check assessment delivery, and any nurture or follow-up emails you opt into. MailerLite Privacy Policy
HubSpot: Our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Stores your contact details, form submissions, and booked-call records, and sets a cookie to associate page visits with your contact record after you submit a form. HubSpot Privacy Policy
Meta Pixel: Measures and retargets our ads on Meta, and records which pages of this site you visit. Meta Privacy Policy
LinkedIn Insight Tag: Measures and retargets our ads on LinkedIn, and records which pages of this site you visit. LinkedIn Privacy Policy
Resend: Sends transactional notifications (form confirmations) on our behalf. Resend Privacy Policy
Data Storage and Security
Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages Functions and stored in MailerLite and HubSpot. Call bookings made through Cal.com are also recorded in HubSpot. Email communications are stored in our Microsoft 365 business account. We use industry-standard security practices, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete your information, or opt out of any follow-up communications at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at [email protected].
Cookies
Our website uses HubSpot tracking cookies (such as hubspotutk and __hssc) to recognize repeat visitors and associate page visits with your contact record after you submit a form. This helps us understand which content prospects find useful. We use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure and retarget our ads on Meta and LinkedIn. They record which pages of this site you visit, and Meta and LinkedIn set their own cookies to do it. Once you open one of the tools at /tools, that page loads neither of them, or HubSpot, and nothing you type into a tool leaves your browser.
When you subscribe to Groundwork, or open a tool from a link in a Groundwork email, we set one cookie on langleycoach.com so the tools stay open in that browser. It holds your email address, encoded, and a signature that proves it came from us. It lasts a year, and nothing outside this site can read it.
Cloudflare may set a minimal essential cookie for site security and bot management. Third-party services linked from our site (such as Cal.com) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their respective privacy policies linked above.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking HubSpot cookies will not prevent you from using the site or submitting forms.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through the site or via email to those who have provided their contact information.
