The Foundation is a 90-day 1:1 leadership coaching engagement with Jared Langley. The client builds a personalized leadership framework anchored in three pillars: Presence, Performance, and Integrity. $2,400 with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The pillars are fixed. The work inside them is theirs.

What it is

The Foundation is 90 days of 1:1 work. The client and I meet weekly for 60-minute sessions on Microsoft Teams, paced to their life. Between sessions, we keep the partnership alive over text, voice note, or email. Same business day reply. The work doesn't pause when the session ends.

We anchor everything in three pillars: Presence (showing up fully, in the room and in yourself, phone down and actually listening), Performance (doing the work that matters with intention behind the effort, output that doesn't cost you who you are), and Integrity (leading as one person in every room, a life that holds together under pressure instead of splitting in two). The pillars are fixed. What lives inside them is built around the client's life, their team, the calendar they actually stare at on Monday.

  • Therapy or clinical care. If something comes up that needs it, I say so and we pause or refer out.
  • Group, team, or org consulting. That's a different engagement.
  • A scripted curriculum. The work is built around the client's life, never a syllabus.
